TurkishShotgun.com is a platform where shotgun manufacturers, exporters, and wholesale suppliers from Turkey can showcase their products to international buyers.
If you have registered as a supplier and your application has been approved, follow the steps below to easily add your products:
1. Log into Your Account After Approval
Once your supplier application is approved and your seller profile is activated, log in to TurkishShotgun.com.
If your store is not yet set up, you’ll be guided through a quick setup wizard where you’ll need to define your Store Name (use your Brand Name), upload a logo, and write a short description about your business.
Complete the setup and contact us if you need assistance.
2. Access the Store Manager Dashboard
After completing the store setup, the Store Manager dashboard should open automatically. If it doesn’t, click on “Store Manager” from the top right menu after logging in.

3. Add a New Product
From the Store Manager, go to the left menu and click “Products”, then click the “Add New” button in the top right corner as shown below.

4. Fill in Product Information
You’ll now see the product submission page. Follow the instructions below:
🔴 Red fields = Must fill
🔵 Blue fields = Optional
⚫️ Black line = Leave empty
Guidelines:
A. Leave Virtual and Downloadable checkboxes unchecked.
B. Enter the product name (see example in image).
C. Enter price information only if you wish. (Not recommended)
D. Choose the correct category.
For example, if it’s a semi auto bullpup shotgun, select only “Bullpup Shotguns”. It will also appear under “Semi Auto Shotguns” automatically.
You may select more than one category if the product fits multiple types.E. Leave the Tags section empty. Our editors will handle this.
F. Upload a main product image from the right sidebar.
⚠️ Use a clean, white background image for a professional look.G. Leave the Short Description field empty. This field is not shown on the website. You’ll add description on next step.

5. Add a Detailed Product Description
Scroll down to the Description section and write your detailed product description here. You can include specifications, use cases, and product highlights.
⚠️ Only Pro members are allowed to include their company website or contact info in this area. If you are not a Pro member, such details will be removed during moderation.
Buyers can contact you through the “Send Inquiry” button on your product page. You’ll be notified via email.

6. Fill in Product Attributes
Under the Description section, you will see the Attributes tab.
If you’re uploading a firearm, fields are mandatory. Select the correct options for:
Action (e.g., Semi Auto, Pump, etc.)
Feeding System (e.g., Magazine-fed, Tube-fed, etc.)
Gauge/Caliber
Product Type (Shotgun, Rifle, Pistol, Accessory)
Use (Hunting, Defense, Military)
These attributes help users filter and find your products more easily.

7. Submit Your Product for Review
Once everything is complete, scroll down and click “Submit for Review” in the bottom-right corner.
Repeat the same steps to add additional products.
To check how your profile and products appear on the site, visit the Registered Brands page and find your profile.
To make changes to your profile, go to the Settings section in the Store Manager page where you added your products.
